Fiesta Chili

Fall is brewing and the chilly days mean it’s time to get cozy & warm up with some chili! I love soup as the weather cools and this recipe of mine can keep you moving forward without tripping up your nutrition. 21 day fix Container equivalents: 1 green, 1 red, 1 yellow, .5 blue for a 2 cup serving
with about 6 tortilla chip rolls on top & 2T. cheese

Recipe yields about 8 cups
Serve with a salad to get some extra green containers in!
